For Normal Submissions - This is the procedure:
Send us your draft as an email attachment. Also, nominate a reasonable return date for the job.
Your document will then be evaluated and you'll be promptly provided with an estimate of the cost as well as an estimated return date for the job.
Once you have approved our estimate, we'll start work on your job. We'll make every effort to return it within the estimated timeframe.
Of course, charges will vary according to length and type of the job, on how much work is needed as well as the urgency of the job (i.e. the tightness of the timeframe).

Turnaround time:
The turnaround time varies, depends on the size of your project, the degree to which the language in your document or manuscript needs to be improved and the urgency of your job. As a general guide however, plan on one work day for every ten pages (2000 words) of text for general proof reading. Emergency jobs can be catered for - but at a higher rate than ordinary jobs.
Charges:
Charges vary according to the size of the job, the type of project and how much work is needed. As a guide though, we typically charge about US$10 per page to proof read (minimal changes) and up to US$40 per page to rewrite. Email us your draft for a prompt estimate.
